Fee Categories

What are Fee Categories and when should you edit this?

Fee Categories are internal pricing buckets that link a Country to a named grouping (e.g. "GMD All Classes", "Class A, B"). They are used exclusively as a lookup key in the Reference Prices tab — every reference price row is tied to a Fee Category.

When to add a new Fee Category: Only when you are setting up a brand new country and need to create new pricing buckets for it, or when a regulatory authority introduces a new pricing tier that doesn't fit any existing category.

⚠️ Caution: Renaming or deleting an existing Fee Category will break any Reference Price rows linked to it, causing auto-fill to stop working for those price combinations. Only delete a Fee Category if you are certain no Reference Prices reference it.

KTR Reference Prices (USD)

Set KTR partner pricing for each Country + Registration Type + Class + Route combination. These prices are used on the KTR Partner Proposal page instead of standard reference prices.

Local Authorized Representation (LAR) Fees

LAR fees are a separate invoice category from registration fees. They appear as a distinct section in quotation summaries.

Application Costs

Set application cost fees by Country, Type, Route (optional), and Registration Class. These fees auto-fill on the proposal form when Country, Type, and Reg. Class are selected. Leave Route blank for cost types that do not have routes.

For admin-only account creation without email, use Supabase Dashboard → Authentication → Users → Add user — the profile row is auto-created.
